TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DELIVERY TIME WILL BE BETWEEN 2PM AND 4PM THE DAY OF ARRIVAL.
PICK UP TIME FOR THE TRAILERS IS AT 10AM THE MORNING OF DEPARTURE.
Unit Cleaning/Damage: VERY IMPORTANT
Units must be returned clean and undamaged or charges will apply. In regards to cleaning, we ask that all dishes and utensils be washed and put away. All counters, table tops, sinks, tubs/showers, and appliances should be wiped down. The inside of ovens, microwaves, and refrigerators should be wiped clean. Floors should be swept, and any spills on carpets or upholstery wiped up.
$100 min will be charged for exceptionally unclean units. ie: dirty dishes, sinks, tubs, floors, garbage left etc.
Trailer comes with cleaning supplies and a mop, broom and dustpan.
The use of awnings is the sole responsibility of the renter. Should you not wish to be responsible, please leave the awnings retracted in the upright position.
There is ZERO tolerance for damaged awnings. If the awning becomes damaged during your stay you will pay for the repair. After each unit is picked up and before it is delivered to you the awning is checked and inspected. Repairs are executed when damage is found. This ensures that the awning on the trailer is in perfect working order and damage free upon delivery. It also enables us to bill the damage to the responsible renter.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THE AWNING
Please use awnings safely and carefully. Be sure to lower one side slightly during heavy rain to allow drainage, and retract awning during any windstorms to prevent damage. Ensure that awnings are raised high enough so that the entry doors do not rub, or tearing can occur.
DO NOT HANG ANYTHING ON THE AWNING ARMS.
DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO HANG OFF THE AWNING ARMS.
NEVER, NEVER LEAVE AWNINGS OUT IN THE WIND.
Maximum Allowed Per Unit:
1 Family (2 Adults and 4 Children)
Once the Trailer is positioned on a site it must stay in that spot until WE pick it up.
Under no circumstances will you move the unit.
A reservation deposit of $150 non refundable is required to hold the unit at time of booking. All rental fees must be paid 60 days prior to rental. Clients will be responsible to make final payments and damage deposits when due. (Reservation deposits will form part of the payment)
A $500 damage deposit must be paid 14 days prior to reservation date and refunded
at the end of the rental minus any charges.
There will be a 30% premium charge for WEEKLY trailers that are rented outside the Sat to Sat dates.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, email money transfers from chartered banks and cash.
A 24 hour grace period from time of booking applies.
$300 refund per week per RV trailer if cancellation received 31 to 60 days prior to check in
There will be no refunds if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of rental.
No refunds on early check out
A/C units that malfunction during a rental period will be repaired as quickly as is reasonably possible. Be aware that A/C repairmen are extremely busy during the summer holiday season, and cannot always provide same-day service. Therefore, refunds or discounts for failed Air Conditioning will only be considered in the case of unusual delays--i.e. longer than two days.
Tech Hint: RV air conditioning is not designed for use over extended periods of time. They can ice up if left on for too long, especially if set too cold or if doors and windows are left open. Turn the A/C off if you plan to be out of the unit for any length of time.
If icing occurs, you will notice very little airflow from the vents and a lack of cooling. Should this happen, turn the A/C off for 2-3 hours minimum to thaw out.
Small breed dogs will be allowed inside but there will be a $50 fee for cleaning.
Med and large breed dogs are not allowed inside the trailer. They must remain outdoors.
There is no smoking allowed inside the trailer. Do not allow friends or visitors to smoke in the unit or you will be responsible for the cleaning charges. If there is evidence of smoking in a trailer there will be a $400 charge.
Please only use 1 ply toilet paper in the unit.
Use public washrooms as much as possible to avoid overfilling the holding tank.
If raw propane is smelled, turn off main propane tank immediately until source of leak is found (stove burners left on is a common problem; do not let small children play with stove knobs).
Propane tank/tanks will be filled and taken off of damage deposit. The balance remaining will be refunded accordingly. A minimum $20 charge for propane on all rentals.
Service Charges (minimum):
$ 50 - if you lose your keys
$400 - evidence of smoking in trailers.
$100 minimum - Cleaning charge for exceptionally unclean units as outlined in "Unit Cleaning/Damage"
$200-Emptying and cleaning charge for units that have been allowed to overflow into the bathtub and or sink.
